Can you guarantee I’ll get my funds back?
No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. Some cases are very recoverable and others aren’t. The review tells you which.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the case. After the review you get the scope and the cost in writing, before any work starts. No surprise fees.
Are you Binance support?
No. I’m an independent consultant and I don’t act on behalf of Binance or any other exchange. For exchange cases, I help you prepare and escalate your case through the official channels.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Most cases are handled online over chat and video call. If you’re in Lebanon you can also meet me in person by appointment.
Will you ask for my seed phrase or private keys?
Never. Not over chat, email or a call. Recovery is done so your keys never leave your hands. Anyone asking for them is trying to steal.
Someone messaged me pretending to be you. What do I do?
My only contact channels are listed on this site. On Telegram I am only @samlbn. The account @samlbnb on Telegram is an impersonator. I never message people first offering recovery. Report the account and send me a screenshot.
